Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers
• Drive execution of product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery
• Partner with Product and Design to align technical solutions with business needs
• Improve engineering processes, code quality, and system reliability
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
• Balance short-term execution with long-term platform scalability

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 1–3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and modern development practices
• Proven ability to manage and grow high-performing engineering teams
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
