Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Lead a engineering team and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as: production, quality control, supply chain, etc., to identify and resolve process-related issues.
- Monitor engineering performance KPIs and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Oversee end-to-end PCBA manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with production requirements and customer specifications
- Support SMT line setup, programming, profiling, and parameter optimisation (Stencil design, paste printing, pick & place, reflow).
- Work with SMT engineers to manage line performance, defect reduction, and equipment capability.
- Support audits, customer visits, and technical reviews.
