The Engineering Manager – Panels & Switchboards will be responsible for leading the ETO (Engineer-to-Order) team, converting switchboard product customer's requirements into customized switchboards.
This role also involves driving a strong culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement while ensuring successful execution of ETO projects.
