Position Summary

The Engineering Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation of Pagbilao. The manager provides technical leadership and oversees all engineering, reliability, and performance activities and projects. They lead a local team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality engineering solutions that meet local operations and maintenance needs while adhering to engineering standards and strategic directives set by the national team. Exceptional communication skills are required to manage upward to central leadership, downward to the local team, and laterally with site leaders, technical experts, and project managers.
