**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in software development.
+ Experience with software development in Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C.
+ Experience in leading engineering teams and driving user acquisition, onboarding, or metrics.
+ Experience with mobile attribution providers (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava) and implementing event-tracking schemas.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
