At Teconnex we are seeking to recruit an experienced Engineering Manager who knows how to scale plant capacity, lead high-performance engineering teams, and drive measurable operational and financial results in an automotive manufacturing environment. Plant Size: 200 employees Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM The role You will take full ownership of engineering strategy, industrial performance, and technical execution.
