Engineering manager

Job Purpose

Lead the engineering department to ensure the proper implementation, improvement, and control of manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, welding, and painting), guaranteeing operational efficiency, product quality, cost reduction, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Direct, plan, and coordinate the activities of the engineering department (process, manufacturing, design, and continuous improvement). Develop and implement efficient processes for laser cutting, CNC bending, MIG/TIG welding, and powder or liquid painting. Validate and approve new processes, tools, and technologies to improve productivity and product quality. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, cycle time improvement, and cost savings (LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
