Our client is a leading manufacturer and key player in the global food and beverage industry. They employ people on all continents, producing a wide range of products. 
They currently have an opportunity available for an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering functions across their Victorian site including plant operations, maintenance and capital expenditure projects.

Duties include:

  • Providing leadership in a safety-first culture ensuring positive safe work practices.
  • Inspecting facilities and analysing operational data.
  • Compiling estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.
  • Maintenance management, supervising maintenance personnel & contractors.
  • Leading and supporting continuous improvement activities
  • Leadership and overall supervision of capital expenditure projects.
