A fast-growing payments technology company is scaling its engineering leadership across several product and platform teams. The business is undergoing a significant technical evolution — including a large-scale platform rearchitecture, a major customer API migration, and the integration of AI across its core infrastructure — and is looking for Engineering Managers who can lead through that complexity.

THE ROLE

This is a non-coding management role, but it is emphatically not a purely operational one. You will be expected to contribute meaningfully to design reviews, challenge architectural decisions, review code where required, and work closely with engineers on complex technical problems.
