We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager with a strong and successful technical lead experience of more than 08 years to join our dynamic and growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
- Lead and oversee all technical analysis, specifications and estimation to make sure they are complete and accurate - leading to top quality written specifications, strategy and implementation.
- Facilitate in the smooth delivery of the product enhancements and support delivered by the team.
- Help plan future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared, in-order to drive further efficiencies throughout the team.
- Take control over critical support instances and putting into place the correct escalation and process to manage and resolve issue as soon as possible.
