Engineering Manager

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 8 years relevant working experience chemical process manufacturing environment or any other related field with proven track record.
3. Strong technical knowledge, leadership and supervisory skills.
4. Matured, analytical, self-starter and independent.
5. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and speaking)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for maximizing the availability of the plant machineries and providing technical solutions to increase the reliability of the whole system. Effectively, manage the stores and purchasing function.
2. Oversee the total plant maintenance activities including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and infrastructural for the smooth operations.
3. Monitor on a daily basis the plant engineering performance to ensure maximum availability of equipment.
