**Description:**
+ Supervise the daily operations of the Security & Maintenance department, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for guests, associates, and hotel assets.
+ Lead, coach, and motivate the Security & Maintenance team, ensuring compliance with Hyatt standards, hotel policies, and statutory safety regulations.
+ Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works, prioritizing guest-related requests to minimize operational disruptions and maintain high service standards.
+ Conduct regular security patrols, safety inspections, and fire prevention checks to identify potential risks, maintenance issues, and ensure all emergency equipment and exits remain fully operational.
