Engineering Manager

We are building the future of energy storage at VeevoNix (a subsidiary of Veevo Tech), and we are looking for a unique, multi-disciplinary leader to own engineering delivery and manufacturing quality for our flagship product, ChargeX—a custom-built, 10+ year LFP-based power storage battery.

If you are a technical leader who can speak the language of firmware, cloud, and hardware, and you aren't afraid to step onto the manufacturing floor or jump into a 3D CAD model, this role is for you.

The Role: The Ultimate Bridge

You will be the single point of accountability for engineering delivery. You will run the sprint calendar, hold the team to strict SOPs, and act as the operational bridge between our engineering pillars and the manufacturing floor.

Because at ChargeX, a firmware bug and an assembly defect can have the same root cause—and we need someone who can see both sides.
