Engineering Manager x2

Client – Engineering Contractor


Location – Glasgow or Inverness


Rate – Current market rate – PAYE only


Hybrid – (3-4 days in the office)


IR35 – inside

Two Engineering Managers are required to join an Engineering Contractor on a High-Voltage, transmission project in Scotland which is currently in a detailed design phase.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking designs to make sure they align with SSE

  • Checking technical queries from the client

  • Liaising with the construction team

  • Checking the buildability of the design

    • Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline

  • Ideally a member of ICE (not essential)

  • Transmission experience
