About the role

We're hiring a Engineering Manager to increase stability, predictability, and execution discipline across our product engineering and data integration teams.

This role exists to professionalise and accelerate how we ship software as we scale:

• Increase the cadence and reliability of releases
• Ensure new features
  and
  refinements are delivered consistently
• Bring structure to product, data, and integration execution

You'll be accountable for how work gets delivered — capacity, sequencing, quality, and cadence.
