You should have hands-on experience in designing and building high-performance, scalable, and distributed backend systems. With a strong development background, you should possess a solid understanding of architectural principles and best practices. As a proponent of iterative engineering methodologies, you will also bring prior experience in line management, demonstrating a proven ability to keep highly skilled developers engaged and motivated.
