What You Will Do Daily:
Lead and manage a team of Engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help individuals grow in autonomy and contribute to the team's success. Ensure that the engineers are equipped for success to deliver a monthly release of SonarQube. Help engineers build a platform for the delivery of other functional squads. Hold yourself and your team accountable to a high engineering standard. Foster a safe culture of feedback, continuous improvement, and collaboration, encouraging team members to share their ideas and concerns openly. Align feedback with other teams to ensure things operate smoothly between teams. Partner with product managers, designers, and team leads to develop and communicate a clear vision for the squad that aligns with the company strategy and ensure that the team's work and focus align with this vision.
