We are looking for an accomplished and experienced Engineering Lead/Manager to lead our UKBI engineering team. You will have a strong background in Java/Python, microservices, serverless architecture, Docker, EKS, GenAI.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Engineers working on legacy code migration project using GenAI
  • Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet our needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to lead innovation within the team.
  • Develop scalable software solutions using Java/python, microservices architecture, Docker, EKS
  • Ensure software delivery through best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Participate in sprints, contributing hands-on to software development.
