Our client, a packaging manufacturer, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team in Hebron, KY.
The Engineering Manager reports to the Maintenance Department Manager and is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and supervision of engineering and capital projects related to the design, installation, maintenance, and improvement of plant equipment, tools, and machinery.
Responsibilities: Leads capital and engineering projects from start to finish.Develop detailed project plans for all capital projects and serve as the primary project manager. Work as part of a multi-discipline team to assess equipment performance, identify issues, and develop strategies to optimize production lines and other processes.
