Position Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technology Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Technical Analysts, and IT Business Analysts across multi‑squad, regulatory, or other cross‑cutting initiatives.
• Drive technical strategy and roadmaps, review system designs, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and security.
• Maintain strong technical expertise and remain hands‑on when required to deliver and meet requirements.
• Set team priorities, manage project timelines, remove blockers, and coordinate with product managers to deliver on important metrics, objectives, and key results.
