Summary
Based out of Materion Elmore Ohio facility, this position will provide technical leadership and manage the execution of larger projects (>$40M). You will be working closely with the team members in a matrix environment to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, budgets, and schedules are on track. Under the direction of the VP of Strategic Projects, the SCPM will oversee and manage large capital projects for the Elmore site with proper project scoping, planning, development, and execution. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management with the ability to lead large capital projects and teams of various sizes by providing strong customer focus, building collaboration with site and other functional groups, approaching deliverables with a sense of urgency, and driving design, construction, management and execution of small ...
