Job Description
We're hiring a technical Engineering Manager to lead and grow our India-based engineering team. This is a people-leadership role first. You'll own team performance, delivery quality, and career growth—while staying hands-on (60%) in a large, mature Next.js / headless commerce codebase for a Fortune 500 client. You are the technical and cultural anchor for the India team during IST hours, ensuring strong delivery, proactive communication, and tight collaboration with U.S. and European stakeholders.

- Handled performance issues and hard conversations
