Engineering Manager (Fluid System Application | West)

KEY ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Project Engineers and Drafters to strengthen technical capability, customer engagement, and overall team performance. Provide direct engineering guidance and technical problem-solving support for Custom Solutions projects and liaise with customers to resolve issues and implement improvements for recurring concerns. Review and approve engineering documentation, technical deliverables, material requisitions, procurement requirements, and project-related records. Ensure all engineering activities comply with the company Quality System, company policies, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements.
