The Role

The site has expanded significantly over recent years and continues to scale at pace, creating a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to step into a broader, more strategic leadership role as the business evolves.

You will lead the site engineering function, take full ownership of engineering performance and drive a culture of reliability, improvement and professional development. The role requires a leader who can deliver in a hands on environment while also contributing to long term strategy as the operation continues to grow.
