Engineering Manager, EU

About the Role

We are looking for an engineering manager to build an engineering team focused on ownership and minimal process. The manager will guide the team in Europe, help them grow, and maintain a high level of autonomy while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on product and technical specs, helping engineers cut scope and improve quality.
• Grow engineers so they can drive large, loosely defined projects with little intervention.
• Occasionally jump into system code to debug issues, ship small fixes, or improve developer experience.
• Lead projects such as data generation and simulation in demo accounts that impact business.
