The RoleAmphenol Military High Speed is seeking anEngineering Manager (Electronics)to work out of its state-of-the-art facility inSidney, NY.The key responsibilities of thisEngineering Manger (Electronics)include, but are not limited to:Lead and manage a team of electronics focused engineers (embedded hardware, analog/digital electronics, FPGA/ASIC interface, high-speed design)Oversee the engineering lifecycle for AMHS products: concept, requirements, architecture, design, prototype, verification, qualification, production hand-offEnsure design compliance with ruggedization standards (e.g., extreme temperature, shock, vibration, altitude) typical for aerospace/defense applications.Partner with systems engineering, mechanical engineering, firmware/FPGA teams, manufacturing, test, supply chain and program management to deliver on schedule, cost, and performance targetsFoster technical innovation (e.g., new product development/product enhancements)Define and manage engineering processes, ...
