Engineering Manager - Electrical

Duties & Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance & Infrastructure

• Develop and implement 3-, 6- and 12-month electrical preventative maintenance plans.
• Manage electrical maintenance, repairs, upgrades and shutdowns in line with approved plans.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and walkabouts to identify risks and ensure system integrity.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to deliver work safely, on time and within budget.
• Ensure effective asset management, stock control and accurate site layout documentation.
• Support business continuity planning and incident response.

Electrical Projects Management

• Define project scope, budgets, timelines and resource requirements in collaboration with senior management.
• Plan and execute electrical projects including refurbishments, upgrades and new installations.
