Your JobAs Engineering Manager at Molex Guadalajara (DSS division), you will lead and transform a high-performing engineering team, driving strategic projects and technical solutions that meet business objectives. You will oversee engineering activities from concept to execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.Our TeamYou’ll work closely with internal teams (R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain), external vendors, and cross-functional partners.   • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams and indirect functional groups to deliver innovative solutions and process improvements.
  • Manage engineering projects end-to-end, including NPI/PLUS, new process development, machinery qualification, and project startups from scratch.
