Job Description

Sonatype is seeking an Engineering Manager to balance hands-on coding with team leadership. You will write and review production code, drive system design, mentor engineers and guide product direction while partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will shape reliable, scalable services used by developers, emphasize observability, incident readiness, and security, and recruit and grow engineering talent in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
