Engineering Manager - Development (C# / .NET / High Availability)

Fluent is building the next-generation advertising network, Partner Monetize & Advertiser Acquisition. Our vision is to build an ML/AI-first network of advertisers and publishers to achieve a common objective — elevating relevancy in E-commerce for everyday shoppers.

As our Engineering Manager - Development, you will lead the software engineering teams responsible for Fluent's core platform, SDKs, and product applications. You will oversee our Core engineering team, SDK developers, and specialized engineers working on client integrations and internal tools.

This role requires balancing technical leadership with people management, ensuring your teams deliver high-quality, scalable software while maintaining engineering excellence and developer velocity.

This role is fully remote in the United States or Canada (Ontario), with occasional travel to NYC.
