Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Databricks Solution Architect & Engineering Manager to lead our data platform evolution. In this dual-capacity role, you will be the chief architect of our enterprise lakehouse platform and the people manager for a high-performing team of data engineers

You will bridge the gap between complex business strategy and technical execution—designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective Databricks solutions while mentoring engineers, removing blockers, and fostering a culture of innovation
