Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • SolidWorks 
  • 7–10 years engineering leadership and product development with phase gate and NPD systems
  • Must have automotive powertrain, performance aftermarket, specialty vehicles, or high-mechanical systems.
  • Experience with DFMEA & PPAP Documentation
  • Must be expert with GD&T 
  • Experience with managing complex engineering projects, documentation, BOM creation, and configuration control in a fast-paced environment


    • Responsibilities:
  • Build structured systems for managing engineering deliverables, including drawings, CAD models, BOMs, testing data, and release packages.
  • Overhaul current documentation methods (QuickBooks for ERP; Dropbox document storage) to more scalable solutions over time
