Engineering Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join Smartly and lead one of our engineering teams that is part of our 250+ Product and Engineering Organisation. 

As an Engineering Manager, your role is to ensure the team delivers the right things at the right time with high quality and clarity of purpose. You'll focus on enabling your team to succeed through coaching, regular 1:1s, and personal development planning, while also actively identifying and removing blockers in their path. This is a great opportunity to shape a cornerstone product and lead a talented team at the intersection of creativity and technology.
