Role Overview
We are looking for an Engineering Manager with strong architecture skills to lead the design and development of an AI-powered platform (Ze TA – Zero Touch Automation).
This role requires a blend of hands-on technical depth, system architecture ownership, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Architecture Leadership
Own the end-to-end architecture of a scalable, secure, and cloud-native platform
Design and review system components including:
Backend services (APIs, microservices)
AI/LLM integration and RAG-based pipelines
Data storage, search, and indexing
Ensure architectural alignment with performance, scalability, security, and governance requirements
Drive technical decisions, trade-offs, and long-term platform roadmap
