Position Purpose

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary engineering team to design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality greenhouse projects. This includes oversight of structural, irrigation, electrical, automation, and integrated third-party systems.

The role ensures engineering excellence, standardisation, compliance, and effective cross-functional collaboration, supporting Vegtech Netafim’s commercial and operational objectives.
