Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for an Engineering Manager in Cape Town

We require a candidate with:

•+8 years of web software development experience

• +2 years of experience managing a Software Engineering team.

• Dealt with salary reviews and increases.

• Experience with or a willingness to learn and master Python web development

• Demonstrable track record of working with a relational database

• Experience working in an agile team managed by Scrum.

• Technical/Functional Skills: JavaScript / Angular, HTML 5, CSS, SQL REST APIs

• One or more of the following Languages: C++, C#, Java, Python, Kotlin, Scala, Ruby on Rails.

• Experience with embedded systems, Python Django, Async Message Brokers, DevOps, Cloud platform and Advanced Git usage is beneficial.
