About The Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will be the key leader responsible for driving the technical execution and quality standards necessary for successful, on-time delivery. You will partner closely with Product Management to align the technical roadmap with business priorities. You will oversee project execution, set technical direction, and uphold rigorous quality and operational standards. Equally important, you will be responsible for attracting, nurturing, coaching, and retaining world‑class engineering talent. You will define engineering standards and help build the strategic vision for our organization in a dynamic environment.
