Ryz Labs is looking for an
Engineering Manager
to join our client's fast-moving team, and help shape the next chapter of their project. You will build, mentor, and scale a high-impact engineering team, playing a key role in shaping their technical direction, improving engineering excellence, and ensuring they deliver reliable, elegant products at speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Partner with other leads to define priorities, scope projects, and support effective planning
• Facilitate architectural discussions and provide technical direction
