Responsibilities
Leading the Engineering teams: Lead the team to delivery, monitoring performance, facilitating growth and ensure the team to achieve the targeted objectives. Delivery: Will ensure delivery performance (contract, deliverables, workloads), and quality (RFT, OQD, OTD & CSAT) of a portfolio of projects and bids.Business Development: Working with Business Development Director, Chief Engineers and Capability teams to identify opportunities and to support proposals/bids, which address customer needs in a highly competitive market.Managing the team, partners, suppliers and clients: Oversee contact between the team members, project managers, clients, suppliers and partners.
