About the Role
You’ll lead a small product engineering team (usually 5 to 6 engineers) and own delivery from idea to launch to reliability. You’ll keep the bar high for quality, speed, and customer impact.
This is a hands‑on Engineering Manager role. You’ll start by learning the product and codebase, shipping small features, and then ramp into full‑time team leadership.
You’ll focus on building durable systems and habits: clear ownership, clean interfaces, strong quality, and steady improvements to how the team ships and operates.
About the Team
This role is for our Account Opening team. We build end‑to‑end account opening experiences that help Clutch’s clients onboard their customers smoothly and safely.
Managers at Clutch stay close to the work. You’ll pair with engineers, review code, unblock delivery, and help the team build good habits.
