Engineering Manager

Essential requirements

• Background in engineering delivery within a regulated environment, including the CAA and Military Aviation Authority frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical decision-making

Your role

• Lead engineering delivery activity across design, airworthiness, manufacturing and maintenance functions
• Provide authoritative technical guidance for programme delivery
• Support bid activity and shape technical solutions with stakeholders
• Manage engineering risk, regulatory compliance and performance targets
