Engineering Manager

As Director of Engineering, you will report directly to the CTO and lead our Bangalore-based engineering team to deliver world-class SaaS at scale. You will be hands-on, guiding architectural decisions, writing critical code, and mentoring engineers while building a high-performing culture that embraces AI-driven productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end engineering strategy, execution, and delivery of the SaaS platform.
• Institutionalise AI-driven development practices and measure productivity gains (lead time, change failure rate, MTTR, cost/latency per feature).
• Oversee and mentor cross-functional engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Data).
• Define and enforce SDLC and SRE standards: CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CDK), OpenTelemetry, SLOs.
• Build automation pipelines via GitHub Actions, ChatOps/Slack bots, and guarded prompts.
