Role Overview

We are building a cloud-native, mobile-first digital banking platform on AWS and are looking for a highly technical Engineering Manager to own backend platform engineering. This is a hands-on, player–coach role requiring deep expertise in Java microservices, API-first architecture, and AWS cloud-native services, while leading teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will drive architectural decisions, ensure production readiness, and build scalable, secure systems that power core banking and mobile applications.
