What you’ll do
Lead and deliver large-scale fintech platforms
Design and own microservices & system architecture
Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar
Drive AI/ML adoption in core user-facing systems
Partner closely with Product & Business leaders
What we’re looking for
8+ years engineering experience, 2+ years in leadership
Strong Node.js / Python backend expertise
Deep system design & cloud experience (AWS/GCP)
Hands-on exposure to AI/ML production systems
Builder mindset : 0→1, scale, optimize, repeat
