Engineering Manager

Mandatory Skills & Experience 12–15 years of overall software engineering experience , including leading engineering teams Strong hands-on expertise in Python and PostgreSQL Excellent SQL skills, including query optimization and handling large datasets Proven experience managing and delivering Python-based products or platforms Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (experience on GCP is a strong plus ) Deep knowledge of Observability and Application Performance Management, including: Metrics, logs, and distributed tracing Root cause analysis and performance tuning Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to clearly present technical concepts to business and leadership audiences Strong ownership mindset with attention to quality, reliability, and customer impact Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric SaaS environment
