Hybrid working from home and Central London Office
This is a newly created role in an established and growing enhanced communications company. Joining as the Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the team that develop audio SDKs, delivering tools forcutting edge, real time audio AI.
You'll work with AI and ML Researchers, Product Managers, Software and DSP Engineers to oversee delivery, shape SDK architecture, and ensure SDKs meet performance, reliability and usability requirements.
Leading a team of C++ developers, you'll need a balance of technical leadership and people management skills; using your strong C++ and audio processing background to make technical decisions, and your motivation, collaboration and mentoring skills to get the best out of team members.
