Job Qualifications – Engineering Management Trainee (EMT)
Licensed Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics Engineering, or a Graduate of Mechatronics Engineering
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With good academic background and strong interest in plant/field operations
Possesses basic knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and safety practices
Willing to undergo training and perform hands-on engineering tasks
Able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from senior engineers
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and willing to work on-site and in field conditions
Willing to be assigned at the plant site in San Ildefonso, Bulacan
