Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily maintenance meetings and allocate manpower
  • Supervise maintenance activities and ensure timely completion
  • Oversee mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Prepare and analyze maintenance reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
