Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Preferably with 2-3 years of related working experience preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
With strong people management skills
With excellent mechanical/electrical technical skills on machineries and equipment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate daily maintenance meeting to all maintenance staff including allocation of manpower and liable in machine operation.
Supervising in maintenance work and report to the superior after the task is finish.
Responsible for mechanical and electrical trouble including machine rehabilitation.
Oversee maintenance operation during machine corrective and preventive maintenance.
Keeps upper management informed of issues that affect the performance of the department.
Maintains good housekeeping in area of responsibilities.
