Engineering / Machinist Quality Controller

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineering / Machinist Quality Controller to join a manufacturing and engineering team based in Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that machined components and engineering products meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections on machined and manufactured components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and tolerance requirements. Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as: Vernier calipers Micrometers Bore gauges Height gauges Dial indicators Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures. Identify non-conforming products and implement corrective actions. Compile inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
